Dreambox?

I have a mate with a drembox (don?t ask which one I know it?s not a dual tuner or HD) but the guy that installed it was able to get it to work on his computer upstairs. How was this done? And will it work on a skybox F3

Most boxes are either Enigma 1 or Enigma 2.
The Skybox F3 is like an Openbox and you must put the correct software on it or you will brick it.
You do it differently to a Dreambox.
Loads of help in the Openbox section thats your best bet.

dreamstream is how its done on a dreambox E2 box (like my 800)

a skybox is not linux and so I doubt it can do it, but check the openbox section for skybox help
