itv granada hd gone on spiderbox

suddenly today,when i click on itv granada hd im getting a "no signal" message,all the other channels are fine including other itv hd regional channels (london,meridian etc).ive tried a blind scan ,to no avail and a satellite scan ,again without any change.has anybody any clue as to why this has happened.also i have 2 spiderboxes and both are affected,but the openbox i also have is fine (itv hd granada is still showing).

Ihave tried scanning using the above settings but finds nothing, stil missing itv Granada HD, can any one help please

You will have to edit the transponder to the settings ramjet listed. A standard 10936 scan is on 22000 dvb-s not 23000 dvb-s2. Don't ask me how to do it on a spiderbox cause I don't know, but I can confirm those settings work as I've just changed them on my tm5402 and now have the channels working again.

haha I thought he was the op who was using a spiderbox. At least I pay more attention to the post content then who wrote it or I'd be completely ~~~~ed but it has been a very long day

Edit the transponder settings to the numbers ramjet posted however you would normally do it on a dm

so there are different settings
for different boxes i take ?

same settings for all boxes, its just that different boxes will require different parts of the info, or to different decimal points

some may need the extra parameters like I posted for linux boxes, others will scan using minimal settings
