try another hdmi lead and check the hdmi-cec is set to off in the tv menu(if possible) regards mdt

Tryed 3 hdmi cables 1 from my ps3 1 from my sky 1 from my other spiderbox 3 hdmi ports on tv tryed 123 bought my dad a spiderbox of ebay but will only work through scart

maybe its faulty m8.... ebay is full of con-men. its not the first time this problem has been seen on a spiderbox. you could try a factory re-set and then re-load the software patch but if the problem persists then contact the ebay seller for a refund/replacement. regards mdt

Thanks for your help when you say reload software patch is it stb installer just factory reset and reload via usb can you point me to the patch thanks
