Blade 7000 Help needed

check it has a valid internet connection by checking your router and the ethernet cable from that router to the back of your blade

press 9991 and check your feed line says connected

and in future start your own topic/thread instead of hijacking somebody elses thread,

i have done the 9991 and all where off, now on but still no channels, , i could cry, please help

does it say CONNECTED in green on your cs line or lines ?

or does it say DISCONNECTED in white ?

if it says disconnected, check your ethernet cable connection to the router and check the router admin panel is seeing the box, which means make sure it has a valid ip from the router and an internet connection

re-boot your router and modem then wait 5 mins then re-boot your box. regards mdt
