    Sky Sports 1 & 2 HD

I've noticed that the Sky Sports 1 & 2 HD channels on the 11739 frequency are at a constant 19mb bitrate, whereas the bitrate on the channels that Sky use as default can be anywhere between 7-19mb.

Does this necessarily mean that the channels on a 19mb constant bitrate are better quality than their variable bitrate counterparts?

Taking what you say into consideration - A constant 19Mb Bitrate feed is of course going to be a better picture quality to that of a feed that is fluctuating between 7 - 19.

That's if it's coming from the exact same feed. I was wondering if anyone knew if it was the exact same feed, or different ones.
