    Blade 7000 stops responding when....

    Hi All

Been doing some test on this using the latest firmware
switched off my router for 10 minutes at this point the the picture froze (normal)
turned back on the router and nothing works the remote and the buttons on the box will not respond
also there is a 0 on the front of the box the only way to get it working again is to power off at the mains

Has anyone else seen this happen.

maybe box modem and router all needed a reboot to clear a lan fault.

I have seen this happen on the TM5402HD and my DrHd F15 which are the same box as the blade for all intents and purposes, Its a random glitch in the firmware a little bit like when you see a linux receiver green screen say when CPU and RAM are overloaded for a second or so well it can happen on closed source receivers as well

I got a 0 on the front of my box only once when I had upgraded to the new firmware.

It has only happened once after around 3 Weeks after firmware upgrade. Since then all has been ok.

The 0 appeared whilst viewing a pay channel nothing was pressed on remote etc had to power off then on again to start viewing again.

Very nice boxes. If you want to watch HD tv with a 7day epg and recording ability then brilliant box. The only problem I've found is streaming media from mac/pc can make the box hang on occasions.

One thing I noticed is when streaming and you fast forward for a while I lose the audio.
Not sure what is causing this so I have to watch the whole film again from start
I think it might be something to do with the file format
              any ideas
