    Scanning channels on Blade

Ive lost some channels just wanted some advice on the best way to get them back and in list order instead of being right at the bottom of the list when you do manual scans.

A step by step guide would be useful cheers

if you did an automated scan it would scan the whole sat and would replace it with the newer tp settings
    or

Don't think there is a way to do it that way, that's more like an auto update function which the blade doesn't have.

The way I do now is just to edit the channel list and enter the channels manually 1 at at time using info from kingofsats and NDFEdit then put them where I want them, a bit time consuming but far better that scanning for them, then once finished load the channel list back onto the blade.

I just do a manual scan on affected transponders, then use the remote control to move them within the main list and add them to the favs list of choice. then move them in that favs list to the final position, save , and backup to usb

I used to find doing it that way (for me anyway) the Blade would delete the channels if any on that transponder, although it would find them at the same time as the channel/s I was originally looking for. So I would end up having to move more than 1 channel back into position

That's why I switch to the kingofsat/channel editor option.
