If you are still subscribing to Sky then give them a call and try the age old blag of if you dont fix it i am cancelling, Just in case they try the ?65 callout routine

alternatively, if the box is faulty you can buy a sly plus HD box quite cheaply on gumtree or fleabay, swap the box out and ring sly to get them to "pair" the old subbed white card to the newer replacement box, cost is typically ?30 to ?40 for a box with remote but some can be found cheaper at times

best to check your box on somebody elses feed from their own dish just to check if its the box or not

so now i'm righting a strong letter to sky complants
