i cant access via idream

hi guys

i decided to upload the commando image to my dm500 box however, i cant seem to access the network via idream on my mac. any ideas as i need to upload ccam file so it works!

is there anyway i can reset the box???

when i press the check new box button or add manually i cant get any access.

im getting frustrated now
