has anyone bought stuff from satboxes.com ? Are they a reputable dealer ?

i have bought lots of gear from tony,very quick delivery here in Ireland,and to uk,if you are paying by paypal, i think its [email protected]
i sent money to satboxes.com and it went to another company,and had to wait a month to get funds back,there is also a good blog forum, to get patches for arivra boxes and opticum boxes(both combo boxes which are great to pick up saorview)

DO NOT USE satboxes.com

I have used Tony many times for Dreamboxes and has always been a good service. However I recently had a faulty box (11th October). I emailed him and he advised that i check the tunner was seated correctly. I did thid and still the box was faulty. I have now sent him about 10 emails and he has failed to email me back.

A real shame as he was really good to deal with.

I am therefore looking for a new supplier for DM800HD Clone boxes if you know any good suppliers.

all suppliers are good when there are no problems, its when they arise that you find out if they keep their word and offer good customer service. regards mdt
