Streaming to a tablet

From a linux box, yes. Take a look at dreamdroid and/or androidreamer, you'll also need to install daroon, vplayer or similar.

All available on Google play.

Yes, as Dev mention you need to instal dreamdreod and droon player,v player .all available from google play
