TM 5302 Help Need Please

Hi, ive set my system up, i ended up with a Tm 5302 HD box, i have PLTV Set up in my channels but im having trouble entering the keys...i can get to the key menu

The provider is set at 013387
What do i enter in KEY is the problem
and then does the actual 16 digit key go underneath in key data

also there is only 1 line to enter a key, can somebody guide me through this im pulling my hair out

Make sure on pltv channel.
Press 2004 on remote.
Select Biss
Go to any non used line and enter the 16 digits.
exit-save.

so do i not need to enter anything in provider & key just in key data?

If you are in biss and not cas then enter the 16 digits.e I do not have
TM5302 here at the moment but it works same on other non linux technomates.

yes i am definatly in biss, and when i try to add key i get what is in the picture

What do i put in for provider and the other boxes

I am not sure, just try putting in the 16 digits and exit.
Making sure on pltv channel to start with.

I am sure you dont need prov id or key just the 16 digits.

hmm nothing happens when i press 2004, if i press mute then exit it brings me into the key menu then i scroll to biss then just enter the key but it is still scrambled, unless im putting the wrong key, the one i have starts with 2E, is that right

Yes thats correct key.
Are you on the pltv channel before entering kys?
You need to be.

Menu systen info -cas/biss select biss then enter 16 digit.

yes but then it gives me a list of channels in BISS, but PLTV isnt on their

i have the latest phantom patch installed

Maybe add the name.
I have never entered them on TM5302 though I have owned one.

hmmm still nothing, bloody thing i need it on for tomorrow too

Try an older patch.
Back up all settings/lists first.
