no, if i press mute and exit i get the key input thing up as on the picture

If you scroll to the top of menu where it says BISS-can you change that at all because when menu asks for provider and ley no and keys that normally cas.

The picture I sent if you press left and right you can go through the various encryption's and the select biss, am I better of firing this box off and getting a 5402, the only reason I got this one is because they were out of stock and it was a matter of urgency for the 3pm kick off tomorrow

And yes every other channel in the biss menu has a provider, key & key data in. But PLTV is missing out the options

Have you tried scrolling down the screen you should have an option to input at least 40 biss keys at least it is that way on the 5402 which if i remember your other thread nearly everyone suggested you buy that model over this one which has very limited support

i know they didnt have a 5402 in stock and the guy said they are the same it just doesnt have the rf out puts, which i didnt need anyway. Whats on the pic is what i get ive tried everything. He has the 5402 in now so hopefully i can swap them tomorrow or jump on diego for the time being
