Best box to stream over to the net?

Hey guys,

Was considering paying for a sling box but I was outraged to see they are charging 20.99 on the market for smartphone apps!

That means I will need to buy it three times for my phones and iPad!!!

What would you guys recommend I buy in order to successfully stream the footy over at work on the weekends?

HD box will be required but streaming in HD wont as my upload speed is 130kb/s at home.

Any advice will be great!
