am thinking of buying one has enyone got one are they stable
have dreambox not hd at the moment but want a hd box its
either this reciever or vu+uno will not buy clone regards jovie

The Venton is a very stable receiver and has full support from the OE-Alliance and ViX. It also carries the exact same processor as the Vu ultimo and Vu uno so spec wise it's better than the older Vu Duo. The only downside is that it's not exactly a pretty machine but it does what you need it to and thats what counts. There are a further two machines coming from Venton soon in the same line as the HD1, one being a tripple tuner ( the HD3 ).

I just got an Uno today and I have to say I'm pretty impressed with it, but in saying that I just got a gigablue HD800 UE and that is also an excellent box. Definitely one to consider if your not worried about an external hard drive.

The uno is a great box, and it will be made even better with the soon to be released twin tuner card.
