which decoder to buy?

hello looking for a decoder cc**m, to be used as a client
I'd like one HD, maximum cost of $ 100

I found these two under $ 100
SKYBOX F3
INET-BOX S12 HD PVR

are good for the use that I do? or is there something better for that price?

one last thing, the decoder will buy in the UK, and I think it will channel the UK, you can change channels with the Italians?

didnt wont to open a new thread so ive jumped on this one, could someone give a little bit of advice, just had a basic sky dish fitted an was wonderin what would be the cheapest box to get, been on starpoo for ages so anythink would be a improvement, a mates offered me a blade box so was just wondering if there were any other decent ones what people on here have got, and also do all sat boxes need a cs to work, thanks in advance

The Skybox F3 is a very good starter box and for ?50 you get HD as well cant complain at that price
