if its a cheap satfinder it will only tell you your on a sat but not which, one has the dish moved from when it last worked?
forget the sat finder use the box its self to find the sat put it on a channel you know is working then slowly move the dish L/R til signal maxed then (if neccessary) move the dish up/down to max the signal again. If everthing has been moved since it last worked you may have to do both to get it back.

freesat is the same as sky 28.2e and if dead on 2 dishs then box at fault

also try a box at your house if still dead after a new lnb, check wires

Totally agree, sat meters are a waste of time and money. You cant beat the good old fashioned way of finding satellites ie using your hands and eyes. You also learn a lot about satellites this way as well.
