I NEED SUM URGENT HELP

i have downloaded a patch 4 my tm5400ci box n soft cam but i cant open ne channels? i have loaded the patch threw my usb stick? do i need to delete old patch? how do i delete old patch? by the way im patch it for the 1st time?

You don't need to delete the old image, just patch it with rhe new file and it will overwrite the old one. Hope this help .

you dont deleate patches they over write one anouther mate
you load patches and softcams this way on the tm 5000 series receivers
you download the patch to your desktop then open the zipped
folder and take the file out [you must make sure the file is out of the folder]
before you transfer the file to the memory stick, ready to load on to the receiver. next turn the receiver on and put the receiver on a free to air chn. then put memory stick in tm5400, USB port. press the green button on tm 5000 remote,it goes to data transfer>click>ok you will see a small panel with the patch highlighted on it. you just click>ok,again and it will now load on your receiver, you will see green loading bar when complete the receiver will re-boot [turn off and on again],then press exit. and remove the memory stick,change channels and the channels should open.

after loading the patch load the latest softcam in the same way

BENNY i have done that but same prob can tel me what patches are used for what cannels? becoz i have a list of about 3 soft cams and 6 diffrent patchs?

there are two 5400 models the super and the original
you must use the correct patch for your model
both patches are on the forum and open the same channels
and the softcam is for all the models listed with the post
first what satellite are you on and what channels are'nt opening?
the most channels that the patch opens are on thor1w

Dont buy any cards or cams yet..
Although you could have purchased a diablo cam instead of supersports sub in the first place but now supersports has gone from the cam but it does still open the conax encrypted channels on 8west 1west and 9east..
