vu+ hdmi to scart

hi guys got meself a vu+duo when setting it up i chose scart lead as i had no hdmi lead i have now got one but my tv keeps selecting scart for receiver ive gone into settings and enabled autoresolution but still it selects scart what can i do to change it im running blackhole image thanks

you need to go to av settings and change output to hdmi

there is no where to change to hdmi in autoresolution is there?

i have selected that but all i get is black screen yet if i plug the scart back in its back on straight away i dont want to have to install s/w again to get back to the install wizard like i say i selected scart when i installed the receiver ive even paired the box with my philips tv and still black screen but one thing ive noticed is when i switch off vu+ and back on i can see the start up of s/w on hdmi but when its finished screen goes black again

have you set the tv input to the HDMI ?

is the HDMI output too high for your TV . it will probably start in low res and thats why you see it booting ??
