Not being a protek user and seeing as it is a similar gift box to the spider i would assume its something to do with there end if of course everything else is OK.

Did you think Sky Italia as a whole had stopped working?

Contact your server/whoever supplied the box.

i wouldnt worry too much as the darkforces are usually very quick at fixing problems at their end.. regards mdt
