I've had my blade 7000 for about a week now and all was working fine. I connected it to my Vmedia superhub, downloaded the latest firmware and entered id's and passwords e.t.c.
Since Monday evening all the s#y channels are scrambled and the blade will not connect. when i press 9991 it says it's active but disconnected - pressing the red button to connect doesn't do anything.
Looking at the IP settings i can see the IP details of my superhub and all looks normal.
I've tried resetting the superhub and tried restoring the blade to factory settings but the problem is still happening.
I've also been in touch with the client and he says all is fine his end.
Is it possible for Vmedia to block the connection to the blade and if so how do i reconnect it?
