    newbie seeking help

Hi all..Im a newbie. Just bought myself a protek 9760HD IP with a DiSEqC 1m motorised dish working on one LNB on advice from a fellow user. I live in the South West France......latitude 45.942 degrees north and longitude 0.479 degrees east.
Everything is set up, I am receiving hotbird...13.0 degrees east, Astra 1...19.2 east and Astra 2 and Eurobird 1...28.2 east.
At present I have around 3000 TV and radio stations 75% scrambled.....may need some help in receiving gifts...
Any advice would be appreciated preferably idiot proof.

you will need this firmware for the box(if not already in) to open "gift" channels with ethernet connected.
download it unzip it and load onto usb stick(formatted FAT32) put stick in box then menu>system information>firmware upgrade>ok,follow on screen instructions.when finished turn box off then back on,press menu and box should auto update the keys that should show in the bottom right corner as 164X or higher if theres been a recent change.now when you press "OK"followed by the blue button a list of the available "bouquets"should appear on the right.
