Sky Italia subscription losing channels

Hi again all,
I recently purchased a genuine sky Italia box with a 12 month subscription, over the last few days I have started losing channels,music, some sports channels and some of the documentary channels,
Basically I have a message asking me to call to subscribe to the missing channels which I had last week.

Anyone experienced this, I have contacted Simon at Sat Europa,hopefully they can sort this out.

sounds like the card has missed the entitlement update or you have been stiffed and the person behind the sub has reduced the package,regards mdt

It depends what packages you actually paid for.

For instance, when you buy say a Calcio card,
for a few weeks you may also get the Sports channels aswell as like a bonus, but they are not actually what you bought, then eventually the card will revert back to just Calcio.
This is quite common.

If the receiver shows Error 9995 later in the week then the cards been turned off.
More than likely though its bonus channels as posted above that have gone off, did you sub for full package?
Sat Europa are ok normally.
