What about the Elevation on the dish. What should I set that 2? It says 25.6 for 19.2 in my location

start at 25 then ajust to peak the signal... dont forget to skew the lnb and ajust the focal length also to peak it aswell, regards mdt

Looks like 28.2E is going to have to stay on the back of the house.

And 13E and 19.2E on the front for me to get a signal anyone else ever had to do anything like this?

yes, my 28e is on the side but front of my house and a 30w dish on the rear of the house, and I have setup a few where dishes are in different positions so there is nothing unusual about it, as long as it works thats all that matters

Would it be worth trying to get 0.8W, 19.2E and 13E

              or is that impossible?

(doing it tomorrow now! it's getting dark too early!!)

I think youll be pushing your luck to try for 0.8W as its a 14 degree difference from 13E and I dont think thats achievable on a small dish.

                  Ok so i done it

Port 2 on LNB splitter doesn't work

And when I put 3 LNBs in they all don't work

                  i am using a openbox s10 ?

Could it be the Disesqc thats crap and stopping the signal as signal quality drops on 19.2E to 10%

do they work if you bypass the diseqc switch?is your box set to diseqc1.0 with the sats assigned to seperate ports?exactly how have you set it all up?

All of the above is done. I've fed 19.2E and 13E into diseqc and then 28.2 direct into house (suppose ill just have to alternate) unless there is another option? I think maybe the diseqc could be the problem? Not to sure

so you can confirm that if you bypass the diseqc switch you recieve good signal/picture on both 13E & 19E.
when set up for diseqc 1.0 it should look something like the sketch

If its the Max digital diseqc switch you posted on the first page then i never rate there stuff especially dishes they are crap.

As mentioned feed each individual feed into the openbox and if thats ok then its the switch

Could be the disesqc then. I've had to go with 13e and 19.2e off the disesqc then 28.2 direct feed into house. However 28.2 signal is a lot weaker on most channels. Is it because I have 3 lnbs on 1 dish? ( the LNB broke on my normal sky dish) I am thinking to order a new LNB for that. How would I know if I have a decent signal for 19.2E and 13E what are the weakest transponders? I should probably check them to see I everything is fine?

a new sly quad lnb with legacy bracket is usually about ?6 on fleabay so suggest you get it changed and use that feed into the diseqc instead of 3 lnb,s on the one dish

however, if the dish and lnb,s are setup correctly you can get reasonable signals across all 3 if the dish is pointing at 19e (or maybe at 13e depending on dish size)

but the better solution is 28e fixed dish with quad or octo lnb , and then 2 lnb,s on the second dish for 13e and 19e

it is possible to have trouble with certain diseqc switches so maybe try a different make, the chess ones seem to work fine, as would a decent named brand

you will find a list of suitable setup transponders on the forum here somewhere

I can only go of my own install on a Zone2 using Original Zinwell quads i get 19.2? and 28.2? fine and also 13? east although the weaker tp's on 13 are hit and miss but it gets me the channels i want.
