Just updated to this firmware from an early january one.
Works a treat - didn't have to re-enter anything in terms of settings etc.

Immediately noticeable improvements where that 7 day EPG is working fully now (it didn't with the older one) and Youtube works!

PS - No GUI changes as someone alluded to earlier, its the same

gonna try this f/w, as since factory re-set, have had major network connection problem, youtube only showing one video option, and even that won't play!, also ccam not connecting, hope this helps, will report back - p.s is it necessary to do another factory re-set before installing the patched f/w?

OK, deffo need some help from you experts - have done a factory re-set, applied new patch, network connection seems ok as weather, radio and blade online load fine, youtube loads with list of options down left, but only one video box to select, so something wrong there, have also loaded my pre-saved cam info (which was working before with no probs), and now it won't connect from 9991 screen, please help!

i have the 7000 combo so this update dose not affect me but a few friends that i have gave this update to with the 7000s models that lost the Adult channels say that it asks for a MAC Address surly this can not be right,so i told them not to do it any one know whether they should as i would not give them my routers mac address

im currently using newcamd how do i change to cccam? ive tried 9991 menu and changed newcamd to cccam but the channels dnt work in cccam do i have to do something else?

Why do you want to change to cccam? I have found newcam to be far less problematic...

It's all down to your server mate, if they are running newcamd then the blade will have to be run on newcamd and vice versa.

oh right cheers will have a chat with the server people.

I just wanted to check if it's any better on cccam some people have been saying they have had less problems on it then newcamd and some said the newcamd is better so i want to check it out to see which works best for me.

finally found the problem, after trying everything else!!!!!!.....the server is no longer working, I tried a test line and it worked perfectly, so now I need to find a new server, any suggestions? looking for one that does the foreign channels as well as uk
