Blade media 7000

Hi. Hope nobody minds but I've come here in search of a bit of help. I bought a blade bm7000s(I think it is) off of eBay about 6 months ago with supposedly a years worth of channels loaded on. 6 months down the line and all of a sudden I've only got the free ones.

How would I go about getting them back?

Any help would be appreciated.

contact the person you bought it from on ebay, i won't be surprised if that person no longer exists as is the case when these people sell you a box with channels loaded.

It's better off getting them yourself but we are not allowed to speak about how on this website so i suggest you google card share.
