Best Budget Box ???

Hi guys,
Gonna open a can of worms!!!

I have 100-140 pound to get a HD box for Csharing... any ideas what box is best value?

My Openbox s10 has blown its ethernet port and I need a new receiver...

Any advice on the skybox f3, eaglebox 800hd, alien, etc... If I could get a twin tuner, that would be great... I know its pushing it, but I might be able to go to the 160 mark

Also, any ideas on where is best value to buy it too!!!??!??

look at the amiko alien twin.. get one for ?150 maybe a bit less..

Cheers Shady, I'm tempted by the Amiko Alien, but some guys are saying it has limited support and images, bouquets, etc... They're not sure how stable it is... I'm still tempted tho

There is a fully working enigma 2 image out for the allien2 now

so if your looking twin tuners at budget price then alien2 is the box to get for that sort of money

Quick question guys... I'm a newbie for twin tuners... If I get this Alien box with twin tuner, do I need to install a dual LNB on my dish so I can record one channel and watch another? or is a single Universal LNB enough? I've found a guy online that delivers the amiko alien 2 for 190 euro (roughly 155 sterling)... Can anyone suggest a good site to buy from?

I dunno mate, but one review says "It is a beautiful device, brilliant in every way", triple tuner.. Plus the seller is only over 1 hours drive away if anhything goes wrong

Get a vu+ solo and put vix image on. No nonsense excellent quality with HD too.

I tried all the boxes so far spiderbox, technomate, dreambox 500s and openbox s9/s11.

I love this vu+ solo it even has 7 day epg!
