Need Help Regarding Motor Dish Please

Can anyone please tel me when you get a HIGH BER what that means? I mean is it the INCLINATION of the DISH or the angle not right? I am getting a good signal but the BER is always High.

Any help please URGENT !!!!!

ber has to be near to 0 as possible
so yes your dish could be out or the imge is not reading it right
are you still getting a picture ok or not
or the cable could be loose

Thank you for your help, well if it wasn't for people like you I wouldn't have learnt a thing so far last night manged to install a new Image and must say I am thrilled with DarkstarII huge difference between it and Gemini. The only thing I am not getting through right now is what channels are opend with the keys that I downloaded!!! anyone have any idea what is opened?
