inifinity usb error clear os 5.2

hi i have installed clear os 5.2 installed cccam but when i try to get my card reader to start i get the error
"error in usb_interrupt_read()"
I have tried another programmer and installed the drivers again, I have my infinity connected but I cannot get the programmer to start. what am I doing wrong?

Did you also install the relevant drivers for the Infinity mouse reader if so then i would check that they are installed correctly

yes drivers installed

when i run the line it says infinity usb and when i disconnect the usb it says infinity not connected

have you tried with a seriel cable and a usb

Do you have the programmer set to phoenix mode?

I put the progammer on my normal pc changed it to phonix mode then connected it to server so i assume it is in phonix mode
