no update epg

Hi Guys,
I cant update my epg ,

when I press epg botton theres no update to choose.
I am on 19.2 ,just updated to the lastest fimware a few minutes ago ,any help would be greatful
I have a blade bm 7000hd

I dont think there is an update channel for 19 east , just 28 east
