Ihave recentlypurchased a sky box f3 and when I tried to update the software i was left with a stuck box with load on the display which I am unable to move. am a newbie and am hoping for some help please

you could try restore to factory settings then upgrade the firmware.

wrong section m8, have a look in the openbox section all info is there.
