blade box and primetime

on new freq
all im getting is no audio and video
any ideas please

added video pid 2348 and audio pid 2349 to scan

Primetime new frequency settings

Hi All

For those of you who are having trouble viewing Primetime on the Blade bm7000s.

Here are the instructions for manual scan.

MENU
INSTALLATION
CHANNEL SEARCH

1. Satellite = 28.2E ASTRA2/Eurobird
2. Scan Mode = PID Scan
3. Frequency = [87] 12/606 GHz
4. Symbol rate = 27.500 MS/s
5. Polarization = H
6. Video PID = 2371
7. Audio PID = 2372
8. PCR ID = AUTO

RED BUTTON to SCAN.

The channel found will be called "TV 1 - 12606H ASTRA"
