    can anyone recomend a good video sender??

    ok i have sky+ box upstairs but the mrs wants a tv in her new kitchen(she should have said before i put new ceiling up )now i dont want to hack new ceiling to bits,and i dont want to run cables all over the place, is there something i can use either wireless or video sender i can use, and will it be possible to control the sky+box?

      I use these, and have done for a while. Recommended.

      Whatever you get, make sure it's 5.8GHZ.

        The problem with most video senders is that they operate over the same frequency range as wireless modems, DECT phones etc and most have almost no rejection of 'foreign' signals so the result is often unsatisfactory with extensive noise on the received picture/sound. You may have more success with one that works in the 5Ghz spectrum but even that seems to be getting crowded with Wifi these days.

        The only 'perfect' solution i've seen is something like the ethernet homeplugs except designed for video. Unfortunately these tend to be quite expensive.

            ok want to thank everyone on this i went and bought ones from maplin , by the way they work very good too now that i have them ,i was wondering can you buy ones which allow you to watch one channel and change it with a remote while the the source one is watching a differnet channel ,?? was wondering if i could use it on me vu+duo ??
