Yea for some reason the key i was using on the 53-30 biss was the LAST one that expired (i already used that one) sorted now

Better get used to the idea this is gone for good, reports are that it is now in tandberg and the temporary solution Service123HD was a stop gap until downlink stations changed there rack servers to the new encryption

This is not part of a package the actual satellite at 10? east is an uplink satellite for various studios around europe which use it to uplink channels and distribute to other parts of europe.

All the channels on there are uplinks for various packages in different parts of the world, PLTV is broadcast on 0.8? west, 4.8? east etc... and used to be on 7? east as well before being removed.

So in answer to your question you cannot subscribe directly to that channel on that satellite look for its many counterparts on different packages Viasat etc...
