DARKBOX ??? or Other

Hi all

I am hoping you can help or advice me please.
I am new to Satellites and receivers I have a 60cm dish and was looking at a Humax HD PVR I currently have the Humax freeview PVR twin tuner which is great but I want a bit more from my options and don?t want to pay sky or virgin for there service.

I am looking for a Sat receiver with PVR and in HD I have been looking at the Darkbox but want something to compare it to????

Has any one got any advice fro me please.
P.S I work in IT so know about firmware updates

Well if you go down the root of buying a Darkbox your not going to find much if any support on Digital-Kaos as we dont have Darkbox section.

If your interested in the support we offer here i would sugest you get a receiver we have listed such as Technomate or Dreambox..

To be honest with you now is not the time to buy anything as there is less and less been opened with the current receivers, should anything be opened nobody is sure what hardware will be needed to open channels in the future.
