SKY On Demand

My On Demand worked fine up until 2 days ago. Now it will not record anything! When I press select on remote control nothing happens. Also noticed that when I set to record Neighbours on challel 5 or 5HD it appears to record and is saaved ok but when playing it is just a blue screen!!! Other channels are fine. Any suggestions would be usefull. Thanks

I have seen posts on various forums about people getting phone calls from various companies including sky offering their insurance services to protect the box so most have told them to bugger off & then within a few hours, some functions suddenly stop working.

Sounds too much of a coincidence to me.

This maybe a totally differernt situation though.
