    Advice on which Box to buy

    Hi I have had a couple of skyboxes/openboxes and a vu duo...

    i am now looking for a new box for my parents... the requirements are for a DVB-s/s2 and DVB-T2

    the reason for this is that they mostly watch freeview and saorview (IRELAND)

    i want to put default tuner to T2 for and then S2 for recordings on some satellite programs

    two questions:

    1) can i save a station e.g. BBC HD, and have it pick up on the terrestrial tuner, and if its not available, say i am recording something using that tuner, will it default to the S2 tuner?

    i.e. can i save the station once, or do i need a terrestrial scan saved BBC HD and a satellite scan saved BBC HD

    2) what box should i buy, so far i see the options as, Amiko Alien (enigma2 sounds crap) TM6109 not engima, and thats it

    there doesnt seem to be any good combos that are enigma 2.... i dont want to have to buy a vu ultimo or even a vu duo with usb t2.

    any suggestions?

              the triax combo has the irish dtt channels with the aerial but its only local irish services no bbc or itv etc.
              on the sat tuner the hd itv bbc,ch 4 are all there as its freesat,you can tape one dtt while looking at sat or the other way around.

                              i use the technomate 6902 hd as a freeview box in uk and the picture is really good i may be wrong on this but i think it upscales the sd pictures,and its a easy box to use
