help please

Hi I'm fairly new to using my sat box I first had a skybox f3 which I was please with have now gone a step further and upgraded to a Vu+Duo, which is loaded with blackhole and enigma 2, I purchased this box preloaded, its working fine other than the epg is failing to update on a regular basis can anybody please help me p.s. its set to rytec skyuk epg.

I'm very new to this how do I set my box up to opentv please, when I look at what are available in my epg settingg that one is not there I think my box was more set up for a motorized dish so it show italy etc and only one for the uk
