is there a on line radio program i can download and pause so i can turn down the tv sound and listen to the match through my computer as viasat 4.8e now is in forign and its doing my head in

Just get yourself a pauseable DAB radio & you can then sync with the TV.

If your desperate you can buy yourself a vpn connection for like ?3 per month and log on to talkSPORT.com as they provide commentary on ALL prem games exclusively outside Europe in English, Spanish & Mandarin... You may be able to sync up nicely

Strange you say that, was in mates pub other day and he had diema on but English audio.
Then saw he had a Pure dab radio with hdd wired upto his sound system.
Worked very well.

With a radio. Just use any radio device, and input the audio into your pc, then use the software to delay the audio input
