all of a sudden my dish wont go to 28.2 was watching it tuned to 19.2 tried to go bag & got tune failed it will go down to 13 e eveen 30w but it wont go up to 28.2 any help appreciated

Make sure east limits not set 19.2e

done that got 28.2e back but now got tuneing issues it does not find any transponders after 11680 but it has no trouble on transponers higher than that on 19.2

Make sure lnb is set to 9750-10600 universal

yep thats what its set at still no joy any thing else you think i should try am willing to giv anything a go must be something minor just cant find it

what motor have you got

check the lnb is set to universal and also check the 22 khz tone is ON or AUTO for the satellite you have troubles with

in which case you seem to have hit either your box`s transponder limit or its maximum channel limit

delete the rubbish and try again

it cant be the transponder limit i can get all of 19.2 will try knocking off some of the dross & see if that helps

what box is it ?

have you tried the other one too ?

its a DM800 HD PVR the technomate picks up the transponders but not the codes for sly

probably one of the dm800 files needs updating, possibly an xml file

check the dreambox forums for more info, and backup your list and try a catseye list instead using dreamboxedit or Vucc
