    Thomson Digital Recorder - Dt16300-16

    Hi

I'm not sure if it is in the right place so forgive me.

I just wanted to know if anyone knows how to sort out an problem I'm having with my Thomson Digital Recorder. The amber light keeps on flashing. How do I stop this?

    Thanks

It seems as if the box is dead. There is no channels. It is not responding. Anyone have any ideas of how to fix this?

            Replacement box

ring their customer services 08444 159 159, tell em you've tried all their suggestions on the we site Top Up TV | Freeview + box, digital TV recorder plus digital TV on demand and then they'll offer to send you a replacement box for 20 quid, interestingly they didn't even ask me for a proof of purchase...
