Vu+ solo2 vs Gigblue Quad

Hi everyone.

With the quad reciever ones the tuners are installed.

Can I record 3 channels at once and record one.

Bearing in mind my dish is 28.8 e.

The solo2 only has 2 Fixed Tuners and at the moment the Quad also has 2 fixed Tuners with an option to update to Quad tuner capability when the Plug & Play ones are released, so presently the Solo2 and Quad are the same ie: just 2 Tuners

AFAIA at present there is only the DM8000 Quad Tuner and the VU Ultimo with added Dual Plug & Play Tuner's that are true 4 Tuner machines and can do what you are asking
