        Motor ?50 appx

so if i parted with my ?415 i wouldnt have to worry about nowt. when the subby or whoever(doesnt bother me) fits and sets up, i can just switch on and watch.

its never that easy, you will still have to sort out your own internet "option" (think acrobatic aquatic mammal) and you have to service your own box`s requirements, like adding new channels or channel lists, softcams and maybe updating the patches etc

the box maintenance is your responsibility and requires your own intervention, no installer is responsible for keeping it running after installation, and you dont see my vauxhall garage putting petrol in my car or keeping it serviced or running free of charge

any installer is reponsible for fixing and aligning the motor and dish and cabling it in, assuming you have a suitable wall or garden that allows the mounting and the dish to get an unobstructed view of all of the satellites

after that its all down to you and your skills to keep things in order

                  1. didnt have a ladder as it was stolen and have one now...

                  2. plenty of people have used stab motors with a 1.25 gibby but due to were i live acting like a wind tunnel took it down before it destroyed it.

                  3. my opinion has changed since looking into you and your monstrosities that you have put on peoples houses. if you have done all these huge proffessional 2.4/3/3.7m installs why no photo,s on your website, just mostly td88/110 ect.

                  4. couldnt get nilesat/amos before but i never installed the dish. its since been moved and can get nilesat and some of amos

im entitled to my opinion in open forum and i dont and never have said im a expert in installing motorised dishes but i havent done too bad and ive installed about 200 in 5 years which isnt bad for someone self tought.

                  5. dont send me a pm saying i dont know who you are but ill find out. if you want to come around and show me who you are you quite welcome to . youve been banged out on here before

Just to let you Know that the price is From ?415 so could actually be a lot more, More than likely a site survey would be required first before agreeing any price

That's exactly it AND SHOULD BE & straight up to a top end install for the dish size & location - why pay anybody if it isn't like that? - I wouldn't -( unless they're doing it for peanuts in which case you usually get monkeys - same with any game -)

If you get anyone to do any job you look carefully for decent/ GENUINE recommendations / feedback - & try to weed out mates advice [I'm just telling 'im co's he's my mate] &/or someone being a **** DH or a keyboard expert.

Software updates & channel lists should be part of it too IMO , but it's that fast & easy on a TM5402HD you can customise it to how you like in no time anyway.. software updates are that easy too - you only stick in a USB & click on it- updated .

The OP's initial post is probably the best bet source the equipment yourself so you can mix & match components to your own budget and then have a go at installing the dish yourself there are plenty of Knowledgeable members as well as guides littered about the forum which will get you up and running, And i am sure if you do get stuck then at least you can either post on here or ask if any member is local to give you a hand for free.

Then smile in the satisfaction of doing it yourself and saving a fair bit of cash in the long run

BS - the order you did it in was when you decided to be a tw@t you went looking for anything you could & you went for the really difficult hidden installs to get over roofs & high trees etc.. .. the feed back off all of them has been massive - one was for a highly qualified engineer and gave such a tip as a thank you because no one else could do it - others have gone on forums saying what a great job - so you know more than them ?

What's next - big satellite dishes are ugly -

you are just being a sh1t -- keep it up

YOU GOT THE WORD PROFESSIONAL WRONG - YOU OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW WHAT IT MEANS EITHER -

you have no idea - you're just being a you know what .. and there are some big dishes on there but most want up to 1.1s now - that's the market,

so you put that in the wrong place too ?? how many have you put in the wrong place ..

AND THERE'S YOUR VESTED INTEREST FOR TRYING TO STICK THE BOOT IN- THAT DIDN'T TAKE LONG
