use a sly box to check it, bbc1 , itv , c4, the vault channels etc

as long as its a digital sly box - yes

If you do get a box to check your dish also have a look at CBS action on Eutelsat 28A which is one of the weakest ones if you can pick that up then your dish alignment and LNB are AOK.

if you are using an official certain UK provider set top box then CBS Action will already be in the EPG Lineup Channel 148

If your getting CBS action on the official box then everything else on 2A,2B,2F,1N should be as good friend put it 'BOOMIN IN' so yes you should have Zero problems

you can use the "other channels" function to tune in anything fta that isnt on their epg, but its not really worth it and I doubt you will find any good channels that arent on the epg anyway, but yes it can be done
