Tuning Problem

Hi all, Been having a problem tuning my motorized setup onto 42.5 east tried a few transponders without any success.
I have managed to tune everything in from 28.2 east to 30 west without any problems.
I suspect it might be an dish alignment problem, as anything beyond 28.2 east I have no signal.

Can I receive anything beyond 28.2 east with my set up? Just thought I'd ask before I start messing around.

You pole will everso slightly not be 100%vertical from all angles..we have this problem at the moment and we know the pole offer fixing so were just getting new brackets soon..we know its the pole because with our hands we can Yank the pole into position and everything works!
