    ISP communication

Hi I'm new to the Sat scene.
Recently bought a Vu+ duo box yes it's getting on a bit now but I got it for a decent price.
Anyway been connected to a server for the last week or so.
Got a message off my ISP (I'm on plusnet fibre package.)
    I recently got this message.
We seem to be seeing private address communication coming from your account: Destination ip xxxxxx Destination port xxxxThis is most likely a mis-configured service on the network, please could you check and make changes where appropriate. We will continue to monitor our side and alert you should this continue.

Then this after asking what they were going on about.

This is traffic originating from your internal network which is pushing traffic to ourselves. I would suggest running a fully security audit on your computers, check for all viruses, malware and spyware.

If you do not have any technical equipment set up or anybody else using your broadband that should fix the issue. If you have more technical hardware and software set up please ensure that you are not deliberately pushing private traffic to.

Is this due to my new box ?
Is there anything I should do to rectify this ...... Or is it just saying calm down with the bandwidth you are using.

Haven't got the foggiest what they are going on about

    Cheers
