Should be able to get 30w (nothing very good on anything till you get too) 0.8w,4.8e,7e,9e,13e,16e,19e,23e(only some transponders)26e,28e,39e,42e
If you get all them sats your dish is lined up ok
If you tremble with indignation at every injustice then you are a comrade of mine

click over what sat you want you should get most available with 1m dish if not too far up north

          SatBeams - Satellite Coverage Maps - Sat Footprint Astra 3A / Astra 3B / Thor 2A (Thor 2)

Hi. Why dont you be adventurous like me. If you have a motorized system then just go onto each satellite one at a time and do a blind scan. It will tell you if dish is aligned correctly and also which sats you can pick up. You cannot beat a blind scan for accuracy as its scans satellites from top to bottom. As mentioned already charts are not always accurate or up to date ; blind scans will always be accurate as it reflects the way your system is set up.

              Regards.

I have a list in my phone and I do pick up all sats meantioned above but what I wanted to no was what are the beams called o can't get for example 26e can get badr4 but not badr 5 or 6 so no need to scan 5 or 6 can just scan 4 just was wondering if was same for some other sats around the arc

Try amos at 4w and also 7w, see how many channels you can scan in on 7w. 26e was easy and I had mbc beam all day long. You could try 53e for gronzny tv that was as far as I could push my dish. My dish was 1m based in wakefield.

Podgey you wont get 26e badr 5 or 6 mate unless you have a dish three times the size!

As KK says try 4w and 7w if you are in the South. In Scotland dont get a sniff of either.

My 1m funke dish is still set up on my house in wakey, I'm just down in nz at the moment, up until august last year I could get a good few channels out of 7w. The new bird was much stronger, I also had a 1.25 ground mount dish set up in the back garden and I could get some 500+ channels out of 7w. I think megasport on 4.8w was more difficult. NTV on 24.5w is also a good one to try for.
