how do i check frequency information on a sky channel, sky box?

I have a dreambox and a normal sky box. I have discovered that after scanning my dreambox dont pick up some channels which are availlable on sky network. Is there a way to get transponder and frequency information from the official sky box? I know i can get this information on internet but it takes time and sometime my PC will be off while i need to watch a channel.

Goto en.kingofsat.net..type the channel name in and all services' details will be there
