No signal on sly

I live in Scotland and have lost signal on all sly transponders for sly HD & SD programs including sports and movies etc. . Some 28e encrypted and all FTA channels are clearing and have 80% signal. Hotbird, 19e 16e and 1west are all clearing ok but am getting no signal on all sly named channels ~ wierd ! ~ Has anybody else got the same problem ? I have an openbox S9 and cs.

Managed to sort it !
Her indoors had let one of the grandchildren loose with the remote and micro she changed the LNB frequency in the setting menu from 9750-10600 to 9750-10750 ~ smart kid !!! ~ how did she do that ? ~ Thanks to all DK geeks anyway !
