Can A sky dish be repositioned for other services

hi i stay in scotland and recently was give an eagle linux box and i have a standard sky dish up in my house can i move the dish to recieve other satellites for free football ect?

yes you can but the dish is a small dish and will not pick up 1w were the most football is you will probley be able to pick up 13e and 19e which are strong signals.I would strongly recomend getting a 80cm dish with a motor coupled with your egale and a bit of Knollage the world will be your oster

You could get a motor from Eb*y and try your sky dish first.
Then if you need a dish it's easy to replace.
The motors are easy to set up.
I always start at 1 west with motor set to just of centre.
Should be able to get help here any way.

I have an eagle box dk 1.1 on. Excellent.

is digi tv worth getting as im sure i seen they have the spl matches and thats all im really looking for or are they also changing there encryption soon

they are changing encryption soon mate...but this is a hobby, things come and go as one door closes another opens!

yeah its gonna be interesting to see what can be opened for
next season....are duolabs just waiting for digi to change before
releasing something new?....to think what we had open this time
last year with emu alone,we were spoilt for choice...
i suppose their next challenge will be to try and stop c/s...

Let my remind every one what we had 18months ago..tv cabo, d+, tps, premiere, digitv, showtime, Art 7w and the other small packages..its amazing that we lost 5 of those 6 packages in the short time and we are losing digitv soon!
